slow start but its working!

Soooo it occured to me if  i work out in the morning without eating then everything i burn is STORED FAT, (hahaha wow yeah im a bit slow) So today was my first t morning workout session, well see how this goes! Im am a bit disappointed seeing that i started my diet 11 dys ago and only lost  2lbs. I know i really need to get down to business. But two pounds is better than no pounds…right!
